Return Process

1. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email [email protected]. Write "Claim" and the order number in the subject line, briefly describe the defect, and provide a picture of the product.

2. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. Please only send the item back to the manufacturer once the necessary steps have been completed.

4. We will process your refund request within 2-3 working days and contact you via email at [email protected].

5. After your refund is approved, please send the goods to the following address: No. 8 Jianye Road, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, 213125

6. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


How do I cancel or edit an order?

If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us at [email protected]. We process and ship orders reasonably quickly. 

Before the products are shipped, you can cancel the order; after the products are shipped, you cannot cancel the order. There is no processing fee for canceling an order before it ships.
